All parcels are dispatched by DHL, insured and you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping Time

Orders placed before 3 pm on weekdays (mon - fri) are shipped the same day. Orders after 3pm the next workday. Within Germany it should 2-3 days and it can take longer outside of Germany, depending the country you’re in.

Shipments outside the EU

Shipments outside Germany are subject to the import tax and customs duty regulations of the destination country. Import tariffs and custom duties are raised by the corresponding customs office, and shall be borne by the consignee.
