Der Paketversand erfolgt je nach Standort mit DHL und UPS. Der Versand ist versichert und Sie erhalten eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer.
LIEFERZEIT
Aufgegebene Bestellungen werden innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen nach Eingang versandt. Die Lieferung innerhalb Deutschlands dauert ca. 2-3 Tage. Außerhalb Deutschlands kann es jedoch länger dauern, je nach Land, in dem Sie sich befinden, und der Jahreszeit (und/oder den Feiertagen).
SENDUNGEN AUSSERHALB DER EU
Sendungen außerhalb Deutschlands unterliegen den Einfuhrsteuer- und Zollbestimmungen des Ziellandes. Einfuhrzölle und Zölle werden vom jeweiligen Zollamt erhoben und sind vom Empfänger zu tragen. Parcels are dispatched by DHL and UPS, depending on the location. Shipments are insured and you will receive a tracking number.
SHIPPING TIME
Orders placed are shipped out within 2-3 days after received. Delivery within Germany take approximately 2-3 days. It can however take longer outside of Germany, depending the country you’re in and the season (and or holidays).
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU
Shipments outside Germany are subject to the import tax and customs duty regulations of the destination country. Import tariffs and custom duties are raised by the corresponding customs office, and shall be borne by the consignee.
