Rücksendungen

Eine Rückgabe der Ware ist nur möglich, wenn sich diese in einem wiederverkaufsfähigem, neuwertigen Zustand befindet.

Der Umtausch muss bis 14 Tage nach Erhalt der Ware erfolgen. Wir übernehmen die Versandkosten für die Rücksendung sowie die Kosten der Zusendung der neuen Ware. Ausserhalb Deutschlands trägt der Kunde die Versandkosten der Rücksendung, wir tragen die Versandkosten der neuen Ware.

Wir versenden deine Ware mit DHL und UPS. Deine Sendung ist versichert und enthält eine Trackingnummer zur Paketverfolgung.

Versanddauer

Wir versenden unsere Bestellungen innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen nach Erhalt. Innerhalb von Deutschland wird die Ware nach 2-3 Tagen bei Dir eintreffen. Der Versand ins Ausland kann entsprechend länger dauern und variiert je nach Land, Saison (Feiertage).

Versand außerhalb der EU

Wenn deine Lieferung in ein Land außerhalb der EU geliefert werden soll kann es sein, dass zusätzlich Zoll- und Einfuhrabgaben auf Dich zukommen. Informationen dazu erhältst Du bei deinem zuständigen Zollamt.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns can be made only if the product is in unworn condition.

Please add a note to the return regarding how we should proceed with the items. E.G. Refund or ex-change. We will pay for the shipment back to us and if a replacement of the item is possible, back to you again. If you don't like the product and/or it doesn't fit and you want so send it back, no form is needed, a manual note works. Please note that we don't carry returning costs for shipments outside of German in this case. You have to pay shipping back to us and we won't refund the shipping costs.

Shipping Service

Parcels are dispatched by DHL and UPS, depending on the location. Shipments are insured and you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping Time

Orders placed are shipped out within 2-3 days after received. Delivery within Germany take approximately 2-3 days. It can however take longer outside of Germany, depending the country you’re in and the season (and or holidays).

Shipments outside the EU

Shipments outside Germany are subject to the import tax and customs duty regulations of the destination country. Import tariffs and custom duties are raised by the corresponding customs office, and shall be borne by the consignee.
