Returns can be made only if the product is in unworn condition.

Please add a note to the return regarding how we should proceed with the items. E.G. Refund or ex-change. If you don't like the product and/or it doesn't fit and you want so send it back, no form is needed, a manual note works. Please note that we don't carry returning costs.

Shipping Service

Parcels are dispatched by DHL and UPS, depending on the location. Shipments are insured and you will receive a tracking number.

Shipping Time

Orders placed are shipped out within 2-3 days after received. Delivery within Germany take approximately 2-3 days. It can however take longer outside of Germany, depending the country you’re in and the season (and or holidays).

Shipments outside the EU

Shipments outside Germany are subject to the import tax and customs duty regulations of the destination country. Import tariffs and custom duties are raised by the corresponding customs office, and shall be borne by the consignee.
